Norman once mentioned that objects in my life are not just material possessions; they carry our emotions and memories and become a source of warmth, comfort, and a sense of belonging. However, when the collection of objects becomes excessive and even enters the realm of compulsive collecting, they begin to become a burden. Therefore, through the project, I re-examined my relationship with objects and tried to find a balance. Objects should not become abductors of our emotions, but rather companions and complements to our lives.

My collecting hobby stems from a childhood interest in a variety of objects. This pleasure has evolved over time and with changing interests, covering lipsticks, eye shadows, clothing, accessories, dolls and more. However, as the collection grew, managing and storing it became difficult, triggering anxiety and confusion. Each item carried a special meaning and emotion, and parting with any of them made me feel insecure and unfulfilled. Decision-making became difficult for fear of regret, losing important memories, or facing uncertainty.
